Each workout I have experienced from total body conditioning to Pilates, has transformed my body into a stronger and healthier one. Every instructor takes great care to stay on top of each participant’s form in class and the private Pilates and weight training sessions set the standard for excellence not only on Cape Cod, but in all of Massachusetts.
